It is, to say the least, exceptionally well-rounded and anyone looking for a compact luxury sport sedan should give it a benefit of doubt by booking a test drive. Hype aside, the new vehicle comes with lots of new technologies and features for the money. On the performance front, it comes with a familiar 2.0L four-cylinder engine that’s rated at 180 horsepower and 200 pounds-feet of torque, which fires up the spirits of the base BMW 320i model. For the enthusiastic lot there’s is the turbocharged 3.0L six-cylinder engine good for 320 horsepower and 330 pounds-feet of torque that fires up the performance-themed BMW 340i sedan model.

Additional cupholders, and a new gloss black center console are some of the minor tweaks. Fundamentally, though, it is the same vehicle we fell in love with from way back in 2012.
