The new 2017 Audi S4 remains a top choice in its class thanks to its refined road manners and performance, understated styling, and confident. Additional highlights include strong and smooth supercharged V6, a standard all-wheel drive system, compliant ride quality, accommodating backseat, dynamic handling, and a standard all-wheel drive system. The Audi S4 release date should be expected sometime before this fall.
The only distinct trait that distinguishes the Audi A4 from the Audi S4 is the latter’s extra shot of performance. Indeed, the new Audi S4 2017 comes with a supercharged V6 engine that produces a lethal 333 hp and 325 lbs. ft. of torque that catapults the vehicle from 0-60 mph in a blistering 4.5 seconds. Throw in a sport-tuned suspension system, upgraded and stout brakes, and nimble handling and you’ve got yourself a nimble luxury sport sedan with a little extra kick than most of its rivals.
Well, the Audi S4 specs are not only about performance and setting records on the tracks, the features and technologies the Audi S4 offers also warrant a closer inspection too. The Audi S4 interior, as you have correctly guessed, befits a king. It comes with high-quality materials, its well-appointed, and offers a commendable ride quality. Leg- and headroom space are ample as well.
Unlike its A4 brethren, it isn’t a car that demands much compromise. It’s a lot more fun to drive, and you can also blow off some steam on the track occasionally. Similar to any vehicle we’ve reviewed, the Audi S4 also doesn’t lack a downside as well. Earnest nitpicking has sadly yielded one: outdated technology offerings relative to its competition. To rectify this, you need to get the Technology package, which of course costs an extra.
One of the fiercest competitor to the Audi S4 is perhaps the 2017 BMW 340i. It comes with a nice balance of comfort and performance. The same could be said of the Cadillac ATS and the Mercedes-Benz C400 4Matic.

2017 Audi S4 Engine Specs
Beneath the hood of the 2017 Audi S4 is a supercharged 3.3L V6 engine good for 333 horsepower and 325 lbs. ft. of torque. Standard systems include the six-speed manual transmission and the all-wheel drive system.
The car’s cornering balance can be improved by the available sport differential which distributes torque between wheels.
Things are impressive on the track as well. The 2017 Audi S4 with the manual transmission zoomed from 0-60 mph in 4.9 seconds. Quick, no doubt, but both the Mercedes C400 and the BMW 340i can easily beat it. With the automated manual, expect a swift 4.5 seconds.
